This five-bedroom villa is able to host events with up to 20 seated guests or 30 standing guests; it’s just the perfect amount of space for a magical experience with your loved ones.

Minimum 2 nights stay is required during normal and shoulder season (a shorter stay may be allowed if adjacent to an existing booking)
Minimum 4 nights stay is required during high season 5 Nights (or subject to approval) during Peak Season.

USD 820++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge)
Local community Banjar Fee of IDR 2,500,000 for large event
Small Events Policy: For small events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 20 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee.

Until 11:00 PM only.
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 500 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose to pay the amount is paid via credit card, it will be released within 3 weeks, depending on the guest’s or EO’s bank billing cycle. If the amount is paid by bank transfer, it will be released within 3-5 days; if paid through cash, it will be returned during checkout, which avoids an unnecessary administrative burden for both parties.
